| Usually what i do is ask a certain website if i can use there things first before making the game, lets say i want to use a certain type of miniatures and art work from a game that's already been made like for me www.DP9.ComI made a mech game not to long ago and sent an email to the main person who was in control and after we talked a while he said it would be fine as long as you had total different rules and had the copyright and trademark on any picture from the website. | |
